About your appointment
It is a good idea to have a list of questions for your animal prepared prior
to the consultation. The consultation process is much like an interpreter
between two people who speak different languages, except the language is
telepathy.
First, Asia will connect with your animal and then ask her/him if it’s okay
if they talk today. Once she gets an ‘okay’, she’ll hold open a connection
between herself and your animal during the entire consultation. Asia will
listen to your questions, relay them to your animal, listen to your animal’s
answers and then relay your animal’s response to you. Often an answer will
build upon another question and so on. This process continues until both you
and your animal feel complete.
Most of the time the animal will just lay or stand there quietly not looking
like they are doing much. This is because they are paying close attention to
the conversation. Most animals and their people find consultations enjoyable
and enlightening.

Telephone appointments
Because animal
communication is telepathic, it is not necessary for Asia to be in the
presence of your animal. Telephone consultations are as successful as
in-person ones and much more time efficient for both you and Asia.

to schedule an appointment. Payment is required to reserve the time.
Mastercard and Visa accepted; if payment by check, the time will be
confirmed upon receipt of the check.

| Fees
Appointments are
scheduled in half hour increments:
1/2 hour, $80
2nd animal, same household, within the 1/2 hour, $35
2nd 1/2 hour (consecutive), same household receive a $10 discount, $70
3rd and 4th animal within one hour for the same household, $35 each
For more than 4 animals, and additional 1/2 hour must be scheduled, $80,
and the rte continues as above.

| Photos.
Photos are due at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment and may be
received by email or US mail. Send a recent color photo of each
animal that can be kept on file. If possible, include one of
yourself and other people or animals closely involved in your animal's
life. Label each picture or page with the animal/person's name, and
your name and phone number.

| Phone
call and preparation. You will call Asia from a phone with
reliably clear reception -- land line preferred; only one person on the
line and no speaker phones. The number will be given to you when
your appointment is confirmed. You and your animals should just be
relaxing in your own routine spaces; you do not need to be together.
Have in mind, or on paper the topics you'd like to discuss and be open to
what your animal has to say!

Refund/reschedule policy
To serve as a reminder for you, to be considerate of those on the waiting
list and to manage Asia's time efficiently, cancellations with less than
three days notice will not be refunded unless the spot can be filled from
the waiting list and requests to reschedule will incur a $35 rescheduling
fee. |
